In 2006 we obtained the Certificate for Compatibility of Work and Family from the Austrian Federal Ministry of Economy, Family and Youth. In this area, too, we are constantly implementing new ideas to increase compatibility. Our employees thank us with their high level of commitment. In 2011 the auditors singled out our approach as a best practice example of work-family balance.
